Bio

I am currently pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry from IIT Kanpur under the supervision of Prof. Sabuj K. Kundu. My research revolves around Photocatalytic alcohol dehydrogenation. I have also explored the various C-S bond formations by activating elemental sulfur under photocatalytic conditions. I have also worked on various C-P bond formations by activating diphenylphosphine oxide.

I graduated from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, and was ranked 321 in the IIT-JAM exam in 2018 which allowed me to pursue a master’s degree in chemistry from IIT Kharagpur.
